Fault code.

Can anyone help?
Had fault lights come up on my '93 Classic LSE, the sequence (after joining the black and black/pink on the plug) is the 2, two and a half secound lights, then 3 flashes a gap of about 3 secounds, then another 3 flashes then starts again. It is not the same sequence as for faulty brake light switch as I've had that before and it clears. This one is not clearing.
Any ideas?

Check again (when I was awake!) and got codes 3-6, 3-7 and 3-8 are these ABS ECU codes and if so what now? Is it a new ECU or, worse, look for a wiring fault?
