Failed me MOT

on
1/ corrosion within 30cm of N/S rear seatbelt mount.
2/ rear O/S wheel bearing running rough
3/ No O/S & Centre rear seatbelts I forgot to put the fookers back in when I refitted the O/S rear seat

corrosion was a 50p sized hole in rear wheel arch which spread to look like Pamela Anderson's gash, by the time I'd grinded the rust away. . But it's now welded and painted over.

Wheel bearing will be done shortly and I've located the seatbelt clips and refitted them.

Is a noisy wheel bearing a fail, MOT tester chappie should just issue a guidance note.

Hi Redhand , sorry to here about MOT, but i'm sure you will fix it .like the one about the gash ,Lol.

Didn't fail for noisey bearing did it :doh: and its called an advisary notice

No it failed for a rough running bearing. Was well fooked and about too fall apart inside when I pulled em off.

Got is sorted same day and MOT'd next day and no retest fee best £27.50 I ever gave to a garage.
