THIS if it is a pre facelift mk1, however i believe there are two forms of linseed oil. One is flammible so make sure you dont use that one!

On the facelifted one I used Autoglym Rubber Gel

I got my linseed oil from the pharmacy, it's filtered oil.
Apply it every two three washings of the car, depends really. With a piece of cloth apply and rub it evenly open and with a dry cloth whipe it dry. It's really easy and fast to apply. No fear of touching the body(paint)work with it, does not harm.
