Factory Fit Phone Kit

I am just in the process of moving from a D2 to a D3, the ne I am buying had a factory fit car kit installed. In the centre cubby box under the lid is some wiring that I am told can be fitted with some gizmo that will connect with my phone to get hands free.

Is that correct and what do I need? Phone is an iphone 4.
