I saw a kit for doing the back to match on eBay a couple of weeks ago but I can't find it now..
Yes a bit of body work is needed with the use of a grinder to get everything to fit nicely.
Why did you buy a new 2010 bumper ? As the standard 2010 bumper is the same as the early ones fitted to all L322's
