I'm not normally a religious man, but, how on Gods earth do you remove the front section of the exhaust?

Bolts to cat - Seized, grind off and hammer out? Not a chance, I've ground the nuts off and the cat seems to be studs that join the front pipe. So now I have no way of join to the new section......

Not a big issue anyway as I have no idea how the hell you undo the bolts to the turbo charger to remove the front pipe. Been putting penetrating oil on for a week, had heat on them all evening. Tried from below with extension bars and joints, or above with spanners. Not a chance!

Any ideas/tips gratefully received or I'll fix with a gallon of four star and a packet of Swan Vestas!

Cheers

All done, and never again! Cat studs drilled out. Bolts to the turbo eventually came out, two bolts removed the stud as well, one just the bolt. From underneath took every 1/2" extension bar I have and a 70cm long breaker bar while closing my eyes to move the bastards!
