On our first caravan trip on the way home we had a lot of exhaust smoke and high res from our td4 2001 , on return a quick look found the intercooler hose was split three inches, a quick call to jgs 4x4 and 20 quid later I had the replacements, and I was struggling for power for months until it finally gave way big time, just goes to show that these hoses need to be renewed more often than u think?
