Evoque problem

Hi, I’ve just bought a 2017 Evoque Autobiography. On the way home from the dealer the blind spot detection system was working intermittently. It’s been back fir a software update, picked it back up today and it’s still faulty!
Anyone had similar problems and know what the solution is?
