Hello my RR friends!
i hope someone can help who had same or similar issue!
I recently drove and suddenly the bluetooth audio connection started to fail. It dis- and re connected itself a few times. Seemed weird. Then i tried to listen to Radio, but it also got cut off. Still showing a channel but couldn't select another. I thought maybe disconnecting the battery would help, but it didn't. I got worried. Next day no change. Then the audio source field in the infotainment system just went blank. No more sound. Also the navigation system said "loading" from now on. And there is a noice coming from cd changer below, as if its constantly changing.
Thats been it now for almost a week. I went to Land Rover dealer and they tried to update the software but couldn't. Aparently they got an error message that something is wrong with the "MOST" cable or network. And said they would need many hours to even find out whats wrong.
I can't afford to spend 1k only to find out what is wrong and had hope maybe someone here could give me a hint! Maybe something i can check myself or change myself.
Its a 2015 Range Rover Supercharged with a harman kardon logic7 sound system. Never had any issue before.
I attached a picture of the infotainment system. You can see i can't select any audio source anylonger. When i press on it nothing happens.
Thank you!!
