im rebuilding a 2.5na derv whats the torq settings for injectors rocker gear and head bolts and glow plugs and sequance for head bolts

have a look in here ,head bolts are 95 lbsft or 130nm tighten center out

you can just tighten them up evenly ,but 20lbft wouldnt be far away

valves hot cold 25mm
25mm is a bit too much!
I'd be inclined to go for either 10 thou or 0.25mm
Dunno, 25mm would do wonders for the fuel economy.

The muppets who I mistook for mechanics set a few of mine at over 10mm - it still ran!
Oh yeah, also left the injector pump hanging by one nut and ruined the crankshaft seal.
DIY is the only way!
