engine disabled

hi im from durham i have a mreg p38 4.0l the battery went dead off lack of use so changed battery and car now says engine disabled press button or input eka code ive read loads of posts about this and tried everythink ive been told but still cant get it to work when you open it with the key the drivers door unlocks and the horn bleeps once you open the door and the alarm goes off ive tryed the eka code and just cant get it to work

lock and unlock with the key fob. If thats not working check the red light on the fob is flashing. if not change the batteries in the fob.

done all that red lights on dash comes on but starter doesnt turn at all
