Finished the brake pipes yesterday, what a bastard.I'd already done the axle pipes but when I dropped the tank I found the front to rear pipes were fecked as well. There are two and they are both just under 4 meters in length!!! Hope your leak isn't the pump to filter pipe, mine was rotted away (car had been standing for over 4 years), it's mega expensive.

Just done some brake pipe's, 10p per connector (probably cheaper if I bought in bulk) and £6+ vat for the pipe (7+ metre's) makes you thinkWhen you consider you can get a refurbed alternator for about the same money does put things into perspective. Land Rovers parts prices are horrendous in some cases. When they can charge £76.00 for 15" of brake pipe with two tube nuts on, that does take the biscuit. In particular when the other hand is £36.00 for same stuff bent in the opposite direction.
