Freelander 1 EML light at 2.5k revs

help please Freelander td4, 52 plate 117k

Problem started after filling up with diesel, EML light comes on at 2.5 thousand revs and goes off again when let off,

Codes read p0100 and p0400, changed air flow meter and map sensor twice still the same problem.
I've discovered if I gently accelerate without coming on boost I can get to 70 mph, put on cruise and no EML light comes on, and will eat up the miles no proble, touch the gas and on it comes let off and it goes off, no smoke at rear, no loss of power at all,
Silicone hoses, egr blanked off, vortex filter done, new lp fuel pump 6 months ago, oil and fuel filters changed

Have used all that fuel and filled up at least twice since this has happened, stayed
Away from supermarket fuel since then have run injector cleaner through as well, still the same,
