Im struggling with this one. A while ago the radio and the clock stopped , the interior light was still working . Then they both worked again? Last week my lad was driving it and he flashed someone out of a side road. No flash and the radio and clock stopped. Tonight I took the radio out, the clock started! So no radio fitted, clock works, so will the flasher work? No but it does flash the interior light?

Sorted it. I think?

Checked all round the steering column and nothing changed. Then just grabbed a handful of cables in the fuse box and give them a tug. Lo and behold everything worked again! tugged again and it was back to before. So started to take a look. Discovered that someone previous to me had cut the green and red wire (hazard lights?) at the back of the fuse board and spliced in some extra cables using chocolate blocks one of which was showing bare wire. I've taped the blocks up as a temporary fix and will try and find out what the extra wires are/were for. I suspect a mobile phone as there are some weird holes drilled in the dash and a stub aerial in the roof.
