hello all.

Can you help with an electrical problem in my freelander 2001?
Ignition and dashboard all okay including external lights, but internal lights, radio, heated window, clock, headlights on warning buzzer, central locking, windows... dead.
Has done it a few times before and fiddling with fuses and switches seemed to get it all back again, but not this time. Checked all fuses and switches, so a little stumped. Anyone got any ideas please? Thank you in advance

Have you checked the the fuseable link's in the main fuse box?

Checked every fuse and switch I can find

Checked as many switches, fuses and wires as I can find, nothing doing

I believe all those things that are faulty are controlled by the CCU. You may have an intermittent fault in the CCU or the connection where the loom plugs into it.

Have a look in the Rave workshop manual for the CCU it will tell you where it is and how to get access to it. Info on downloading Rave here...

Also check the wiring diagrams to see if there is a common fuse for them all - the fuse may not be gone, but maybe there's a bad connection for it.
