The drivers side rear window on my P38 will go down using the centre consol switch but won't raise with it.
It goes up and down fine with the door switch, any pointers on what the problem could be.
 
mine started the same way,then it was the nsf window ended up replacing the switch pack.Job done:)

If you want to try my switch pack on your car to confirm let me know.

From reading conversations here from having the same problem, problem can either be the switch panel (likely) or the outstation at the becm.
 
I'd love to claim the higher ground here, but in this instance quoting what I said is the least thing I'd reccommend! Looking for logic where none exists :)

Just fyi, I left my sunroof opened and knackered the switch panel. I followed the route gravity would have taken the water down under the drivers seat. I didn't open up any of the doors to look for outstations.
