Electric Window Prob

The drivers side rear window on my P38 will go down using the centre consol switch but won't raise with it.
It goes up and down fine with the door switch, any pointers on what the problem could be.

mine started the same way,then it was the nsf window ended up replacing the switch pack.Job done

If you want to try my switch pack on your car to confirm let me know.

Thanks for the offer, my RR is going into the garage to be repaired after some clown ran into me.
I'll give you a shout when I get it back.

From reading conversations here from having the same problem, problem can either be the switch panel (likely) or the outstation at the becm.

Odd, I thought that the switch panel in the centre console was also classed as an out station? But I could be wrong, too lazy to look it up

D, he quotees either the switch panel (as you mention as a possible outstation) or the Outstation....

So I assumed he meant the Door Outstation

I'd love to claim the higher ground here, but in this instance quoting what I said is the least thing I'd reccommend! Looking for logic where none exists

Just fyi, I left my sunroof opened and knackered the switch panel. I followed the route gravity would have taken the water down under the drivers seat. I didn't open up any of the doors to look for outstations.
