Ok, 6 months ago the rear wiring loom somehow dropped onto the exhaust...the result being a nasty melted mess of wiring. I patiently sorted them out 1 by 1 and things seemed fine. Recently a problem has arisen..Bear with me on this one..
The right hand side, front and rear, all lights function well.
The front left parking light and the left rear indicator, rear driving light (red one) fog lamp (not sure this ever worked) dont work at all, however the brake light does ( confusing as its the same lens as the driving light).

Now I had a good look at my wiring handywork and it all looks ok, i am tempted though to rip it all out and rewire the back end...

Or option nr 2 is replace all the lamps with new ones...the little screws that hold the lamps to the bodywork are corroded in several of them...could this lead to a bad earth connection?

Could it just be a fuse...im con(fuse)d...

Any help appreciated...i will try fixing anything but my grasp of the basics of electrical circuits is very poor...

Thanks, Mark in denmark needing to get things done before the snow gets everything wet and uncomfortable...

The wires on the back all come up behind the tin box thing in the rear right hand corner, then bugger off back underneath to the right hand side. So as far as the rear is concerned it looks like a problem in the wiring between the two tin box things. All the lights have a separate earth wire so the screws shouldn't make a difference.

Seeing as your in Denmark is the vehicle a gollyhander? If so I don't know if the wiring runs are arse about face.

No its a right hooker (just like my ex)...i'm tempted with the earth suggestion...just finding the bugger...no way is it coincidence they all have stopped working at the same time but will one bad earth affect all these lights??
