egr removal

hi I have a 300 tdi and have removed my egr today with a blanking kit and new hose, got the job done but haven't had time to give it a test run, what should I be expecting or will I even notice a difference ?

I did mine when I had a 300 and it was more the satisfaction of knowing it could now breath and after the black crap that came out I'm glad I did it
