EGR plate gasket...

I was thinking of making my own.
I work in a large printing company so have access to every type of paper and card stock imaginable.
What is the best to use, or does it need to be a metal one, as i am also able to use sheet aluminium 0.85 microns thick.

I just used a kelloggs box and copper grease!

It was a Weetabix box I used.

As i have all sorts of card to hand i think i will use some 350gm matt.

Or failing that there is always a lambert and butler packet somewhere in the factory.

I've used the paper from one of those bags of an instant barbeque.
