EGR blanking problems

Hi all,

Well I've just had to give up fitting my blanking kit, one of the 2 bolts on the smaller end of the egr valve has rounded off

What's the best way to proceed from here??

Also with the egr removed before fitting the blank what's the best way to clean inside the inlet manifold without removing it?

Probably the only option will be one of those ez out drill bits, or a left hand drill bit! May have to remove the top coolant pipe for access though! Then if it doesn't come out it will need drilling then tapping, it's an M6 thread.

weld a bolt onto the top of the nuts an you shouldnt have any problems getting them out then...i wouldnt go with the ez outs as they rarely work an end up makin more of a mess of things than anything
