Although the suspension is working flawlessly now there is one thing still occurring which I am thinking could be one of the valves.
I have leak tested all bags and pipes/fittings and there is no sign of a leak. The thing is as soon as I switch off the front end goes down, it doesn't go all of the way down though when left, only about an inch or two and stops. If I leave the car standing for a week without use it goes up immediately so I am assuming that if there was a leak I have missed this would not happen. I have noticed the pump runs frequently on some days but not others, it is delivering good pressure (very good actually) The one thing I do notice is that the valve block makes the old tick tick tick for a while after switching off.
Any ideas if this may be a valve issue or something else, as mentioned, it is working well on the road. (No faults on the Nano)

Set the front height sensors within 2 bits across the axle. Ticking is self levelling, does this for 20 seconds after door is closed.

Cheers wammers, would the issue I have with the doors not being sensed when open or closed have any influence on this. I have posted previously that for some reason the EAS does not inhibit when the doors open (including tailgate) the brake pedal does though. When I last checked the sensors they were all pretty close, I haven’t checked them for a while though coz everything has been working well

When the car stops both front valves open to equalise pressure across the axle. They need to be set within two bits side to side to minimise drop.. Door switches not working will influence levelling after switching off. If you are a big lad there will always be a little more pressure in O/S bags, that would magnify front end movement after you get out. Levelling will start after switch off but should stop as door is opened. Then start again for 20 seconds after you close it..

That’s true I guess, one of those things, with all the other bits fixed it just bugs me ;)
Probably if I start messing about with it it will kick up a fuss!
