Fitted the whole EAS unit, block, pump, housing - fixed all EAS problems. Except the farting. However, as suggested by the good man, @Datatek , a new exhaust filter was duly fitted and now all is wonderfully quiet. And working -did I say that bit?

Also, often when I say we, or I, in these posts I really mean someone else who knows what they are doing. However, this time when I say I replaced the EAS block etc, I did mean me, though I do acknowledge it was a very simple process!

I am very tempted. But just received one - so will try and fit that and see how good it is before committing to another wad of cash. Very tempted though. After all, it’s a p38 valve block and new pump, they always come in handy!
Can confirm @kurtjohnson10 sells very good kit. Service kit he supplied me sorted out the compressor and air hose on mine really well. That plus the 3 new mounts completely silenced the compressor and it works so much quicker now. Front airbags done and they now stay inflated for 10+ days no issues with the delay relay pulled. Just the rears to do when we have time, health and weather. That'll be time for the big jack again.

Thank you for your kind review sir :);)

BTW, in case anyone tries the newer compressor mounts referenced in the TSB below, in my experience they do quieten the compressor noise a lot (when new), but I had at least 4 fail & split. Reverted to the older design, and although I can hear the pump when radio is off, they have not needed replacing since. The washer change is worth doing even with the original rubbers.

As far as pump or other refurb parts are concerned, then Kurt is definitely the best go to person.
