Hi guys,
:cool:This has happened twice this weekend. I reverse into my driveway, locked up and went in, came out 20 minutes later and noticed o/s rear was on the bumpstops, started up and the suspension blew up as normal, then i turnned off and could hear hissing as the same o/s rear slowly fell to the bumpstops, so i started again and had a fiddle with the switch, suspension went up and stayed up, so i went indoors, it stayed up for about 7 hours(well since 2pm til now). i have had no warning lights or messages.......so is it likely to be a sha**ed air shock????? or could it be something simple like a sticking valve?.

If the hissing was coming from OSR corner then you either have a damaged air pipe or an airbag leaking.

The ride height is controlled by the valve block manifold which is located under the bonnet, so if the suspension system is/was lowering the OSR body the air will be released from the valve block area.

And your shocks don't control the ride height at all, only stop the suspension from bouncing.
