Hi.. im new to off roadin and have got myself a real cheap 91 disco, but i cant stand the old trim inside and have sourced myself a complete interior from a 98 model and the lights, grill ect for the front facelift...

ive been told the front facelift is pretty much just bolt them on and off ya go but im not sure on the interior... the biggest thing i need info on really is the dashboard tho, weather this is changable to a later model dash, as i cant stand lookin at the old austin metro clocks.. :)..

gratefull for any info.. cheers

Not 100% on this but I think the heater assembly is different. Also You will probably need to cut anf rearrange the metal mounting plate under the dash as the 300's/td5's have an inset glovebox/storage bin. on the passenger side & the 200's don't

ty for the info guys, the heater asembly wont be a problem as thats in the donor to, and im handy with the grinder/welder so i can alter under the dash... i take it the loom in them has never been altered then so clocks ect will all plug strait in?

I reckon you'll be putting the old one back in once yu have. Cos I just realised all the switches are different and the connectors aren't compatible so you'll have to rewire virtually every connection and switch .

was actually thinking more of all the holes and rot he'll find:D

Nope see my last post. None of the switches etc will work as all the connectors are different. I'd hazard a guess and say the dash ribbon connector will be different anorl (but that's a guess)
