Hi guys so I sent a message to the email address on dynachip (dot) (co) (dot) (UK). I'm yet to hear back yet.
I'm assuming this is the same website that everyone refers to when they say 'Mike' at 'dynachip' did their remap. Is this the right place and person. How's everyone's remaps going since being done, any issues?

Thanks

Have you tried phoning
Phoned mobile twice, business line twice , text once and email twice, they probably really busy which is good for them but not so much me :( I'd hate for them to be losing business their Reputation is so so good. Don't really wanna go anywhere else , the alternative is ALIVETUNING, but I've been told that Mike is the one I want to go with .....

I know he has recently been spending time on his boat, and also has a new business venture making Defender chassis, so like you say probably busy.

If you'll insist reading you'll find reviews where some guys went to Alive after they had Dynachip remap and it was better, other good reviews i saw were for Empire Tuning so dont despair cos you have choices

Interesting, I had no idea, everywhere seems to push dynachip. I don't really care who does it as long as it's done well and not just a generic map downloaded from the web

When my td5 is finally rebuilt and run in I want to get it re remapped. It has a dynachip stage 1 and its not really noticeable. I had dynachip out and he was here about 15 mins. A few days after remap I noticed black smoke and no real oomph. It had all sensors replaced with new and genuine by me Also has allysport intercooler and silicon hoses. phoned mike several times with promises of a revisit but it never happened. So now I have it back I would like it remapped and would appreciate some recommendations please.

Yep go with Alive, they remapped mine over the top of dynachip and it made a world of difference.

Je engineering did mine stage 2 about 7yrs ago cant fault it
Passed mot every year since goes like a rocket when pushed but on a good run I can get low to mid 30s on fuel
Only issue I had was tune was too strong for torque converter which gave up the ghost a couple of years after but mainly my fault for driving to hard stage 1 Ashcroft n hd tq been perfic for 60k

Any update on this, anybody managed to get a Dynachip remap since March 2020 and was it okay, or are we recommending Alive tuning now.

Got his COVID grants and retired maybe.

The website is still online.
I've emailed him and will see if l get a reply.
