dutch milatary land rovers owners, where can i get specialist parts?

under the twin fuel tank change over tap, there is another part which directs the return diesel to the correct tank.

Mine is leaking and John Craddocks told me that this is only fitted on dutch military.

does anyone know where i can find this part, or companies to try or a part number..........

Or any information sources on the internet about dutch military land rovers?
