due to a fookin uninsured immugrunt

i need a a offside front and middle sill panel for a 110 csw and a simbar sidestep for same,possibly a offside front wing side panel(mite knock out)i would,nt mind but i was fookin parked up at the time ffs.fookin pleadin poverty my arse,fookin 57 plate corsa he was driven i should say issa write off

Get in touch with your insurers there a fund for people what have been hit by uninsured drivers. Int got a clue what ya have to do to get any money from it though??

it's the motorist insurance bureau, contact your insurance, tell em what happened and give em the other drivers details then fook off to the infirmary with your whiplash or you will get fook all off it.
was taken off me bike a couple of years ago at a set of lights (waiting to turn right and a bmw slid round the corner and smashed me into an artic) nice bloke ****ed off with his car full of mates without stopping. ended up claiming off the mib. what i got didn't really make up for the scars down my leg, the muscle loss or the artheritis in my right leg and knee but it covered my loss of earnings and i got some compo as well.
they didn't pay out for the bike or my lid and i got threatened with arrest for threatening to punch the paramedic when she tried to cut me leathers off

end of the day your paying extra on your insurance for this service but the robbin gits won't push it for ya.

I'm guessing the Corsa must have been pretty trashed! Hope they book him good for it, but something tells me he'll just walk away! That's usually how it works, the good guy has to pay

If the polis' were involved then there's a record of what happened.

Leave it to your insurers or legal assistance that's what we pay for year in and out.

corsa was a little mashed up mines had a few taps witha big hammer and is lookin better,still need to untwist me side step but its a tad dark to do, it,ll wait till mornin,mite even get sum bling chequey plate sill covers to tidy it up mindya mite look worse in daylite

Car 'rolled' into my eldests a few weeks ago,only a wee dent.
Luckily we could get it out reasonably so just took some cash of the other party.

Last year though she was shunted from behind and wrote off a minted but older wee rover,damages claim for her injuries still ongoing.

The important thing as Greg said, it only covers injury to people, not damage to your vehicle.
Before you start moaning about the unfairness of that, remember it is us good guys who have insurance who are paying for it.
