Bumper extensions and the long clips got the same treatment but did the clips with cold galvanize spray.

Put a length off steel rod down the egr and welded it in, Duchess needs clean air:D. Replaced all the leak off pipes and the oil filter. There was a copper washer in the oil filter 'O' ring bag? Suspect it's for the sump plug? But I already replaced that:rolleyes:.

You can buy them new from britpart but pricey when you consider how cheap their tailgate/bonnet struts are:rolleyes:.
Anywhoo...spoke too soon as the exhausts have turned up a day early along with the britpart rear brake hose which has the banjo bolt etc. I can now get on with replacing that hose, the curly wurly brake pipe and then replace the fuel tank with new filler hose with stainless steel jubilee clips:)

Have a search for gas struts on tinterweb there are plenty that do them from the size and probably alot cheaper than putting the "Range Rover" name to it.

Copper washer on the sump bolt and another smaller one on the filter lid bolt if you have the ally lid.

All you needed to do was remove the vacuum pipe from the EGR actuator then plug the rubber pipe with a screw. You can then reconnect just for the MOT in case of need.
