Dry gearbox?

Just wondering if new Landy's are shipped "dry" with no motor or transmission oil, i.e. the dealer fills it. It would explain the crap that came out of my gearbox...
Anyone know?

Doubt it, they have to be driven on and off the trailers so I reckon they're filled
