....BUT I would've meant it as a JOKE!!!!

Glad you got it sorted and some great pics there for the next one to try. I think the butchered drop arm pic should be censored though!! :p

This ain't a ball joint problem, it's the bloody chicken you keep in the back!

Assuming you mean click would it be more likely to be the half shaft worn? (which i think Buster has also done a great tutorial on recently too!)

Aah, clunk not click! As Buster says probably propshaft UJs but could even be splines worn on the trannie box input gear, or something which causes movement in the engine before the motion gets as far as the wheels. If it's only off road, then yeah, A frame ball joint - but ida thought that would be fairly obviously from the back area?

Checked 90 today in the light it appears to be the front turret that has broken in 2

Contacted garage that did mot 180 miles ago and they have agreed to replace part free of charge and have given me a car to borrow to

Im also having botttom drop arm replace

What a suprize a garage that did question how i managed to break the turret stut Think it had been missed in the MOT as it had broke due to rust

Thanks for all the advice you lads and ladies Give :p
