    Morning all ..

So, I'm two months into ownership (2007 FL2 2.2 HSE Auto) and generally am as pleased as a double dicked dog with it.. However it's recently started to make a noise from the front of the car a little like I'd expect it to make if equipped with off-road tyres .. The noise is like a deep drone, starts at about 20mph until about 40-45.. it's road speed not engine speed ..

The car's done 107k miles and has dealer services to around 70k and specialist indy after that. I've been through the SH but can't find any mention of a gearbox oil change, but the auto itself is shifting smoothly and predictably.

Any thoughts on cause ?? All feedback welcome
    Cheers - Greg

Gearbox oil should have been done at 10 years or 150k so should have been done 2017.

Covid struck so the FL2 was SORNed for a while.. anyway - the car went to my local indy, came back after a new PTU was fitted along with a new EGR valve which had decided to lock open after being unused for the 2 month sorn. Had all tranny fluids changed and Haldex serviced at the same time. Farking expensive!
