driver side window problem

Hi all, the drivers side window on my wife's disco has stopped working. Its in the up position and when I press the window switch I can hear a click from behind the glove box all the other windows are working fine. I have check the fuse and looks ok. Is this something I can fix as I have no electrical experience

It may be mechanical, window regulator is broken or detached, so your in luck.

On the bright side - at least it broke in the up position!

True, but on the down side it scares the pants off the security when she opens the door at gate. Maybe the tinted windows weren't such a good idea!
