Double battery

Hi, can anyone tell me how to wire two batteries together? My 2.5 petrol engine turns over really slowly even when it is fully charged I thought it would work better with two together to give it more oomph!

dont do it!

just get one more powerful one.

id sooner fix the problem than give it more amps to chew on .....try cleaning all ya terminals up

are you sure its not worn bushes in the starter motor may be worth getting it checked first, instead of blowing money on a new battery "just my opinion"

sounds like a weak battery, sticky starter motor, dodgy earth or dodgy starter motor connection to me.

As said dont go for the twin battery just to cover a problem that might just get worse then what 3 4 5 batterys

In short don't do it - sort the issue out rather than mask it.

Try another battery, is it charging and are the connections ok?

Ive got a 2.5 petrol and you should'nt need 2 batteries, mine spins over fast enough with 1 battery.
