Got the rear diff pinion seal to do next any one no the torque setting? It’s leaking like a siv

More parts arrived just waiting on a new tensioner then can get it all on , current tensioner has seen better days, on the upside all idle pulleys are in good shape

Egr delete kit here too, should be a productive weekend !

Fitted belt and tensioner, old tensioner didn’t look too pretty

Old diff sill removed, new hub required due to quite deep wear

Old seal had signs of rust on the inner edge

After spending a good half hour removing the broken egr bolt finally got the egr delete kit fitted

And finally removed front steering rod for polly bush fitting and a coat of cure rust and gloss black, good Friday night time for a beer or two

Drained axle oils transfer box oil and gearbox oil tonight all look ok but magnet broke off gearbox drain plug, better in my hands than in the box) so new bearmach drain plug has been purchased , also brought some genuine lr mtf from paddocks for the box as I no the r380 like the right oil , hopefully all turn up by the weekend

Feel like it’s getting some where now and a mot booking is in sight

Fitted pan hard bushes in tonight ,now the paint is dry and bolted in place

Box oil arrived , just waiting on the new drain plug now then can get her filled up, the clips are to replace the missing two for the top radiator cowl , that’s now fitted and secure

Major drama new rear diff flange arrived, its wrong the dust cover hits the axle casing and locks up, on picture you can see ther different , scratching my head as to what part number I need to be correct ( stc4457 is the one I ordered

Potato’s , big batch ready for the winter months of getting fat and drinking home made slow gin

On searching stc4403 looks to be correct?

Ordered a stc4403 should be here next week hopefully that fits correctly

Rained stopped so played for couple hours, new gear box drain plug, washer n oil done

Noise cover finally fitted with new bolts etc n quick engine bay clean up with good old wd40
