I have 2004 freelander my door regulator went are they easy to fit can any body give me any advice and how do you get the inside door panel off

Do you mean the window regulator/mechanism ?

Do you mean the check link? If so I have a similar problem where the bracket is loose on the rear passenger side door. I read somewhere that this is welded and not bolted - can anybody confirm this as if it's welded I won't bother to strip off the plastic stuff in order to tighten it up!

1. Buy the Haynes Manual and/or download the "rave" cd for all yer dismantling needs.
