Hello.

I've just bought a set of new door hinges for my Ninety - they appear to be "late" Defender ones as they're a different shape from the ones on the vehicle. The new ones are chunkier and more rounded, but the fixing holes are all in the same positions. The old gaskets between the hinge and the door and bulkhead don't fit the new hinges, so I need to order these too.

I can find the gasket that goes between the hinge and the bulkhead - that's BDC710040. But I can't find the gasket that goes between the hinge and the door.

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance,
Ian.

I think I was possibly being a bit of nob. Just looked at the hinges again and it appears as if the same gasket will fit the front and the back of the hinge.

Yep - already sussed that. I'm replacing the hinges at the same time as fitting heated door mirrors. Only the top hinge has holes for the mirror. And they're also left and right handed.

Im changing mine soon, got the new ones already but they are all muddled up in a box.

Is there an easy way to determine which ones are the top and which are the bottom hinges, and which are the left/right hinges? I know the top drivers side hinge has the wing mirror holes but Im thinking more of the rear passenger doors on a 110.
