Hi all.

Looking to replace the pillar feet ( both sides) of my Series 3 88 bulkhead . I had to cut the main bolts on the old chassis to get the bulkhead off. When i try the repair parts on the old one they look fine apart from the door hinge holes not lining up ( see pics) . The old bolts I had to cut are still in the old feet so served as a good alignment guide to overlay the new ones. As pattern parts Im not expecting a perfect fit but the hinge holes look way off. Has anybody had similar experiences ? All the replacement/repair parts available online line look exactly like the ones I've got so I'm a bit confused.
All input appreciatted
TIA

I bought some Britpart ones before I knew any better when I did mine ages ago. I had to chop them about all over the place to make them fit. My landy is a proper old mongrel though so who knows what else was out of line. If they are Britpart maybe send back/get rid and get some from somewhere like YRM.

Yes I'd been warned about Britpart. I sourced the replacements as a pair, from Ebay from what appeared to be a reliable source with plenty of good feedback and at least 22 sets sold ( at the time back in Feb) previously. Nothing but positive feed back.
