Dog guard fixings

Hi I have the main dog guard that the seats lock against, but I'm needing to either clone or acquire some of the plates that the dog guard bolts down to.

I know some of you will say they're not needed but in my particular vehicle the creaking is horrible so I believe they are.

Are all of the rubber pads intact on the little wings that sit on the seat locks?
