Does it really have to be this much of a pain

sitting with the phone attached to my ear and its getting a bit sweaty now as its been there so long waiting for a person the actually answer. I am so bored I am starting to have delusions and strange visions. I am wondering if one day there will be new technology a little like scratch and sniff where I can (if anyone eventually answers) stuff **** down the phone line so it comes out the other end.

there is a swear filter ! where did that come from ? The word was of course pooopy do do

great stuff , get through one guy said I am insured but get cut off phone again and phone back to speak to a woman who says I don't have a policy and never have. I ask her name so I can make a note of the call and she refuses. fantactic company !
