Newbie with a part build project

Hi guys 6 months ago i bought my first land rover ever a Series 3 88" wagon from a guy whom had started a very through restoration who then got bored about 70% of the way through, Ive bought this and over the last 6 months tried to finish it off with the help of the series manual and parts books and information from the web, Im based in the UK in north east Durham... I obtained the S3 and boxes of parts and it has been a learning curve, and hopefully i will finish it soon as i am about 85% done now...

Its the last 15% where the detail and all the parts i haven't got are raising their heads and I've boxes of stuff i don't know where it goes of if indeed it ever belonged to my S3 at all.. But i am sure i will get there eventually..

Welcome @neo2 , that's a very smart looking SIII you have. Re parts, it's worth taking reference from the LRWorkshop website diagrams. They're superbly useful and if you get stuck just post a pic of the unknown part here and someone will be along to confirm what it does/where it fits.
