i've used some old washers from a 66 series on my 89 110, does that now mean my 110 is tax exempt as well ?

.i have buds with 72's tax exempt, 4.2 nissan motors,90 cabs..& all sorts of combos/hybrids..if there is a V5 check it, if it matches....deal done!
