Still it doesn't take long to phone the lead driver (You did get his mobile number didn't you???) and ask them. Assuming there's mobile phone coverage. If in a remote location, and so many lanes seem to be these days, Then coverage might be a bit thin Much easier than just having to key the CB mic and ask directly. Or if you get stuck, with a CB the rest of the group can be told before they've gone too far to be able to reverse up and rescue you.
