Hi,
Id really like a Landyzone.co.uk sticker or tax disc holder to put on my disco do you have any?
if not why not?
i think that most people on the site would be proud to say that they are part of this really good online forum!
im sure if you got enough people interested, the cost would be quite reasonable.
just an idea,
jimbo!

Lanzyzone stickers lmao, yeah nice prefer the rounded style over the squarer style, But mite as well get em made up somewhere local! But would have brought from landyzone the forum to support the forum!! Mite be worth thinking abooot guys or upper echelons of power!:bolt:

think it comes down to investment - someone has to take the risk to get some made up and then not sell them. it's been done a few times on here, and everyone says they're up for it, then when it comes to pay up time, start saying "i wanted a different colour" or "it's too big" or and so on.

would be nice to have some forum merchandise though. There is a kent green lane association which seems much smaller than landyzone, and they had some stuff made up, key rings and t-shirts etc.

(might interest you anway J.P.S as you're in Canterbury - the link is The Home Of Greenlaning In Kent - Home )

However, it seems to be in a bit of decline at the moment, maybe just needs some new members and blood to get it going again

every town seems to have a t-shirt and sticker place, just be a case of giving them the artwork I suppose. If I get time, I'll talk to my local shop see what kind of price they can offer.

Maybe peeps could give an indication of what kind of stuff they would be thinking of:

e.g. t-shirt, key ring, hi-viz, window sticker etc (these are just a few of the services I think he offers)

WHAT, Trying to get rid of me already OP :violent:
Im stayin i tell ya, ive not stirred the pan of sh!t yet:director:

But seriously thanks for the link and i see what you mean, They are just toodling along but well worth a post :tea:

not trying to get rid of you at all, I kind of think that belonging to another forum would complement and supplement being on LZ. It could never replace being on LZ.

Legally obliged to say at this time:
Other land rover forums are available (apparently)

count me in for a tax disc holder and a window sticker.

Maybe the logo on the top of the page would be nice instead of just the site name.
im sure if the price is good enough lots of people would be wanting them.
jimbo.

I have a customer who specialises in signs of all sorts. NOt sure about the tax holders though. If you have artwork and dimensions for window stickers, bumper stickers and so on I will gladly give him a call and get a decent price.

funny,I was finking the other day how nice it was years ago when MG drivers always waved to each other, and come to that back in the days of series only landys most people had a nod for you.....I been trying it round yer with disco and landy drivers and I get some funny looks I can tell you.But I get plenty of them anyway.
However,I had thought that some stickers to recognise each other would be nice....back in the dim and distant past I was a screen printer and we did vynil stickers then,I believe its still done that way, unless you go to the larger,laser/cnc cut lettering.....anyone in the trade?

A freind of mine told me to come along here to help you guys out. We do specialise in volkswagen decals and t-shirts but would be happy to move into the landy market, as my freind is an avid landy fan keep keeps telling me to get on here....

anyway.

our website is Volksdepot - Volkswagen T-Shirts Stickers Decals VW

Our idea is that we can provide an ongoing and constant supply of decal designs, your website banner, we also do t-shirts, hoodies can be arranged, anything at all.

The big plus for the forum is there would be NO payout for stock, as we would donate a percentage of all forum sales to the forum, and we make stock as and when it is ordered.... Because we own all the equipment this isnt a problem. We would host all the items for sale on a "landy zone" page on our site.

At what has been requested a lot recently is overalls with the foums logos on them......

anyone wishing to discuss this further can contact me (Scott) on

[email protected]

regards, Scott @ Volksdepot
