Do I buy a Disco???

My 2000 hippo L series is looking seriously like I should be getting rid of it. (See threads in Freelander section). Also I could really use a 7 seater. The question is do I buy a Disco?

I'm thinking of a similar age, diesel, tow kit, other than that reasonably basic. The question is am I likely to be glad I did this or regret it.

Any helpful recomendations would be welcome.
