Right peeps

Need some help. been off roading again today and ripped the rear donut and that prop droped to the floor. anyway can some one give me some advice how to sort this problem. could i get a spacer made and replace it with that ? or is there uprated donuts out there cheers:D

Is it a simple nuts and bolts job then? One flange off and new one on...

That one diff flange is a complete and utter nightmare to get off and don't let any other fooker tell you different.
I resorted to an angle grinder in the end. I believe Funky Kipper also used the grinder method.

Fooking vile job.

To be honest, if you've got a spare front diff knocking around, just swap it with that as that uses a 4 bolt flange as standard. Job done.

Arrh

Think I'll wait till the warmer weather then, got a spare axle which would be easier to fit, trouble is its a 110 on drums an the diff nose will be different and why am I even bothering to think about it:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

typical ey! I've just had an absolute mare sourcing a low milage front axle that'll bolt straight on without having to dick about with things to try n make it fit...

your Q about difficulty on fitting I cannot answer as my kit is currently on top of me drawers in the bedroom  but i did find this:

Diff Flange Conversion Clicky!

no probs, local landy place tried explaining it to me n i stood there straching my head and frowning thinking "feck me this sounds complicated"

then i found that vid n was like pffft easy peasy
