Discovery Sport Towing hitch

Hi,
I am looking for some advice please. I have a 19 plate Discovery Sport HSE. The landrover site states that the tow hitches are not suitable for vehicle with spare wheel. Is this correct and if so is there another hitch I can have fitted to the vehicle with and under slung full size spare. thanks.
