This fred is not really how do I do that... do I need relay's and fuses ect..?

I'm getting a light bar and was just wondering how others had wired them in..??

I read some posts about spliting the light pairs, wiring them to the headlights etc...

More how did you configure yours??

I was thinking about a two way switch. To have both a manual control or via full beam stalk control, all via relays etc...

if you don't have a seperate switch they can fail the MOT. the feed should go from the battery to the relay and the switched live should come from The main beam, via a piggyback connector. Don't use scotchbloks. Most peeps run the wires down the side of the snorkel if they have one. There is a wiring diagram on one of the threads on here.

you will have to wire them up through a switch so that they can only be turned on when off the public highway (that includes BOAT's) as they will not conform to the construction and uses act (too high)
