for some reason i think the alarm is goin off on my 200 tdi disco all 4 indicators are flashing its not the hazards stuck on cos when u press the hazard switch you can hear 2 lots of clicking

but the c/l aint working either

is there a relay or a fuse or what could be causing it?

ive disconnected the battery and reconnected it but its still the same

any help pls

is imobiliser kicking in as well?

dont know if it has an immobilisor.
i pulled into my garage blocked parked up turned off engine got out and noticed the indicators flasshing.the horn that was on the alarm was long since removed aswell

well went back outside

it started up so no immobilisor turned it off indicators have stopped flashing and c/l now works..

must be them pesky gremlins

asuming you mean more than usual 3-4 flshes when you set it, sorry to say most likly more probs to follow. if you no good auto sparky get him to take a look .I had this on my 200 disco , wound up ripping out fistfulls of wiring and bypassing stuff ,amazingly although it shouldnt alarm now works , god nows were its getting feed from but fine now

I have the same sometimes,alarm speaker wires have been cut years ago by the looks of it.I just have to keep locking and unlocking it until it sorts it head out.The immobilisor kicks in on mine when it does it.

hi ,probably inertia switch playing up.when u have crash it automaticly puts indicators on and unlocks doors .if it does it again turn ignition off for couple of mins ,returns it back to normal
