Hi - I'm getting varying answers from dealerships on the HDMI functionality for the integrated rear seat entertainment system. I note 2 x HDMI sockets that are available, but is it:

(a) possible to buy a converter to stream from iphone and then play the content on the screens
(b) does the audio then work correctly too and available by the wireless headphones
(c) if so I presume it is therefore possible to play different content through both headrest TVs?

Dealership "should" be able to give 100% definitive answer but my understanding is that both screens can work individually for audio and visual, you have to check with Crapple for the eyefone though but i thought it was wireless connectivity via Bluetooth?

Can't really help with disco tech info but I can say there is an apple to hdmi adaptor available. Have one which our son uses to connect ipad to hdmi input on AV amp at home to watch stuff on the TV. Plays sound and video fine.
I think we purchased from fleabay a while ago.
